By booking services with Redline Photography, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Pricing is based on the services and property information provided at the time of booking. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, including property size, acreage, location, and any additional structures to be photographed.
Additional services or work requested beyond the original booking may result in additional charges.
Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking or delivery. Final media and download access may be withheld until payment is received.
If a client authorizes Redline Photography to save a payment method for future or off-session charges, that payment method may be charged for completed services, approved add-ons, or other amounts specifically authorized by the client in connection with the booking. Saving a payment method alone does not authorize unrelated charges.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
If Redline Photography arrives at a property and is unable to complete the scheduled work because the property is inaccessible, not reasonably ready, or another condition within the client’s control prevents the shoot, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Weather or other conditions that prevent safe drone operations will not be treated as a client cancellation. Redline Photography may complete the ground photography and return for aerial photography when conditions permit or reschedule the affected portion of the service.
Properties should be clean, staged, accessible, and ready to photograph at the scheduled appointment time.
Redline Photography is not responsible for cleaning, staging, making beds, moving furniture, removing personal belongings, relocating vehicles, or otherwise preparing a property.
Minor adjustments may be made at the photographer’s discretion, but the property will generally be photographed as presented upon arrival.
Redline Photography is not responsible for unwanted items or conditions visible in the photographs when those items or conditions were present at the time of the shoot.
The client is responsible for providing access to the property and any areas that are expected to be photographed.
By booking a shoot, the client represents that they have permission from the property owner or another authorized party for Redline Photography to enter the property and perform the requested services.
The client is responsible for providing accurate lockbox codes, gate codes, alarm instructions, and other necessary access information.
Standard pricing applies to the property and scope described during booking.
Detached garages, shops, barns, guest houses, pool houses, cabins, additional residences, event spaces, significant acreage, or other substantial structures may require an additional fee when they are not included in the original booking.
If the property’s actual size or scope materially differs from the information provided when the appointment was booked, Redline Photography may adjust the price to reflect the work actually required.
All drone services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, property conditions, equipment limitations, applicable aviation regulations, and safe operating conditions.
The remote pilot in command has final authority over whether a flight or requested maneuver can be performed safely and legally.
Redline Photography may modify, postpone, or decline a drone or FPV operation when conditions make the operation unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonably risky.
For interior FPV services, the client should secure fragile, loose, hanging, or valuable objects and keep people and animals clear of the intended flight path.
If drone services cannot be performed because of weather, airspace restrictions, or another condition outside Redline Photography’s reasonable control, the affected service may be rescheduled.
Standard listing photography and aerial photographs are generally delivered the same day.
Video services are generally delivered within 48–72 hours.
These are normal turnaround targets rather than guaranteed deadlines. Unusually large projects, additional editing, technical problems, severe weather, platform outages, emergencies, or circumstances outside Redline Photography’s reasonable control may require additional time.
Standard professional editing is included with delivered media.
Extensive object removal, virtual staging, major property alterations, advanced retouching, or other work outside normal real estate photo editing may require an additional fee.
If Redline Photography makes a material technical or editing error, reasonable corrections will be made at no additional charge.
Additional revisions based on personal preference, changes to the property after the shoot, requests outside the original scope, or repeated revisions may be subject to an additional editing or reshoot fee.
If a material error attributable to Redline Photography makes delivered media unusable for its intended purpose, Redline Photography will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or reshoot the affected portion of the property.
A complimentary reshoot is not provided for changes in weather, landscaping, staging, furniture, cleanliness, construction, property condition, vehicles, personal belongings, or other circumstances outside Redline Photography’s control.
Requested return visits for those circumstances may be booked as an additional service.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered photographs and videos transfers to the client. The client may use, share, reproduce, distribute, or transfer the delivered media at their discretion.
Redline Photography retains permission to use completed media for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Raw photographs, unedited footage, project files, and unused images are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
The client’s media license does not automatically transfer to another agent, brokerage, builder, contractor, designer, property manager, publication, business, or other third party.
If a property changes listing agents or brokerages, the new agent or brokerage must obtain permission or an appropriate license from Redline Photography before using the media.
Third parties wishing to use Redline Photography media for their own advertising or commercial purposes should contact Redline Photography for permission.
Unless otherwise agreed before the shoot, Redline Photography may use media it creates for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.
Reasonable requests involving privacy-sensitive or confidential properties will be honored when communicated to Redline Photography.
Floor plans, measurements, square footage, room dimensions, property lines, and similar materials are provided for marketing and informational purposes only.
They should not be considered surveys, architectural drawings, appraisals, or guarantees of exact dimensions. Material measurements and property information should be independently verified when accuracy is important to a transaction.
Redline Photography provides media and marketing services but does not guarantee that a property will sell, sell within a particular period, receive a particular number of showings or offers, achieve a particular sale price, or generate any specific marketing result.
Clients are responsible for downloading and maintaining copies of delivered media.
Redline Photography may retain completed projects as a convenience but does not guarantee permanent storage or indefinite availability of galleries, photographs, videos, or other files after delivery.
Professional equipment and reasonable backup practices are used, but equipment, storage devices, software, drones, and online services can occasionally fail.
If a technical failure causes media to be lost or unusable, Redline Photography’s obligation will be limited, as appropriate, to correcting the affected media, performing a reasonable reshoot, or refunding the amount paid for the affected service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Photography’s total liability arising from a booking will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Redline Photography will not be responsible for consequential losses resulting from circumstances such as delayed delivery, technical failure, inability to conduct a drone flight, or unavailable media, including a delayed listing, lost commission, lost sale, or lost business opportunity.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Redline Photography may refuse to enter an area or discontinue work when a property, person, animal, weather condition, structure, or other circumstance presents an unreasonable safety risk.
Clients should disclose known hazards or dangerous conditions before the appointment.
If a client has a concern regarding delivered media, billing, or services, the client should contact Redline Photography promptly so there is a reasonable opportunity to review and address the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
By booking an appointment and accepting these Terms electronically, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Redline Photography respects the privacy of its clients and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit our website, book services, make a payment, contact us, or otherwise interact with Redline Photography.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment and booking providers.

If you choose to save a payment method for future use, payment information or a secure payment credential may be retained by the applicable payment processor according to the authorization provided during the payment or booking process.
Redline Photography may use third-party services to operate its website, schedule appointments, process payments, deliver photographs and videos, provide analytics, communicate with clients, advertise services, or otherwise operate the business.
These providers may receive information necessary to perform services on our behalf.
We do not sell clients’ personal information for money.
When you book a property, we may collect the property address, access information, appointment information, and other details necessary to complete the requested services.
Photographs, videos, drone footage, floor plans, and other media created during a booked service may be retained as part of Redline Photography’s business records and portfolio.
As described in our Terms & Conditions, Redline Photography may use completed media for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate legitimate privacy or confidentiality requests regarding a property when those requests are communicated to us.
Clients may provide lockbox codes, gate codes, alarm instructions, or similar information when necessary to access a property.
This information is used for the purpose of completing the scheduled service and should not be used by Redline Photography for unrelated purposes.
Clients should avoid providing sensitive information that is not necessary to complete the service.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate website features, understand website traffic, measure advertising performance, and improve the visitor experience.
